  • Where is my order?

    Projects typically take 3-4 weeks for completion.  If it's around a holiday season, please note that I am typically running around making sure paintings are completed in time. 

  • Can I get an update on my order?

    Absolutely! Email me at raelyn.armstrong@gmail.com or send me a message on Instagram/Facebook!

  • Do you provide photo updates throughout the sketching/painting process?

    Typically I do not provide photo updates unless the order is a Logo Design Package or a Wedding/Event Package.   If you require updates, please let me know and I will do my absolute best to make that work.

  • How do I send reference photos?

    Please email them to raelyn.armstrong@gmail.com with your order number/information.

  • Can I get one of your designs tattooed?

    Sure! ***Please let me know beforehand via Instagram or email and I can get you a signed Release to bring to your tattoo artist.***  I do not approve designs to be tattooed without formal approval. 

  • Can I reproduce or make copies of your artwork?

    You can if it's for personal purposes, like making copies for family members or friends.  Please request a signed Release and I will gladly provide that for personal use.  I do not allow reproduction of my work for sales of any kind.  There are rare occasions with nonprofits or charities that I allow it, but again, please get approval beforehand. 

  • Do you ever donate artwork?

    Each year I have a couple slots available of custom work that I am willing to donate for auctions.  Please email me or message me on Instagram if you would like to inquire. 

  • Where can I find more of your work?

    Check Instagram or Facebook! I post there often. 

  • How do I know if my order has shipped?

    I will notify you and give you the tracking number.  I ship USPS Priority Flat Rate, so many times by the time you get the tracking number, or the tracking information updates, you will have the painting in your mailbox! 

  • Do you ever take on larger projects?

    I do! I typically paint on 9×12 paper, but I absolutely can paint on a larger medium.  Email me with a description of what you're looking for, your timeline, and budget.  I will be able to provide estimates, payment options, and completion dates. 

  • Do you ever meet with a client prior to taking on a project?

    If requested, I can meet via Facetime or Zoom for any large projects, including, but not limited to, Wedding/Event Packages and Logo Design Packages. 

  • What do you paint with?

    Each painting I use watered-down liquid acrylic, pen, pencil, and quality watercolor paper. 

  • Do you ship internationally?

    I can ship internationally, but shipping is only free in the United States.  Please let me know prior to ordering if you are outside the United States. 

  • What size is your artwork?

    Typically each painting is 9x12 inches.  If you need a different size, larger or smaller, please note that there will be an upcharge. 

  • Can you paint a background?

    Yes - please email me what background you would like.  Please note that there may be an upcharge depending on the requested detail.

  • What frames do you suggest?

    Amazon! They have so many quality 9x12 frames that I have used before. I recommend finding a larger frame that has a mat to fit 9×12 artwork. This is one of my go-tos: https://a.co/d/8sEUkeX

  • What is your return/refund policy?

    As each piece is custom made, I do not accept returns or refunds.  Once an order is made, a refund cannot be processed as I have possibly already started your project. 

    I completely understand that the USPS can cause damage - that's life!  If the artwork is physically damaged, please contact me immediately, and I will mail you a completely new painting.  Please note that I require proof of damaged product and mailing materials. I require notice of physical damage seven days after the painting is delivered.  Please email me at raelyn.armstrong@gmail.com to report physical damage.
